Starting with the Premium account, you can create up to ten custom tone and style guides and share up to five of them with other Textok users.

Starting with the Premium account, you can create up to ten custom tone and style guides and share up to five of them with other Textok users.

The person with whom you share the custom tone and style guide must have a paid Textok account.
Please note that text generation with generative AI is not accessible on the Professional plan, so users with this plan won't be able to generate text using the shared guide—they can only match and check text for compliance.
If the person doesn't yet have an account, we'll email them an invitation to register one, enabling them to start using the shared style and tone guide.
You can share a tone guide from the "My Library" section, located at the top of the page.
All you need is the email address of the person with whom you wish to share your tone guide.
